Rise and shine, little sinners. Did you rest well? Hope you weren't too perturbed by the events of the day before. Things seem to be perfectly normal throughout your morning, but at 12pm, everyone will receive a mass text message to their phone.

goood morning! come join us in the conference room when you're ready!

Whether you agree or disagree, soon you will find yourself physically moving toward the conference room on the bottom floor, filing into the room and taking a seat in one of the vacant chairs. Two metal boxes sit at the end of each table along with a collection of pens and colored notecards. At the head of the room, Lust, Pride, Envy and Gluttony patiently wait as the TV above them displays a message.

Once the last participant enters the room, the door will swing closed behind them and lock them inside.

Lust is at the table and seems to be finishing a topcoat on their nails. Pride is looking down at their claws, sprawled in their chair. Envy is slumped forward on the table... but don't worry, he's not dead this time, he just has his head pillowed on his folded arms. Gluttony is sitting up straight, hands laced together and waiting.

The rest of the Avatars all look at Pride after a moment of silence, and then, vaguely annoyed, Pride says:

What? They know they have nine hours by this point. Don't look at me.

Hello, and welcome to fourth third trial! Over the course of the next nine hours, characters will have the opportunity to discuss, investigate and theorize about the events of the day before! While mini-investigations were held yesterday, today is the day characters will have time to examine the body of the victim and explore relevant locations.

There will be a mod-tag break between 4pm EST/1pm PST to 5pm EST/2pm PST. While the trial may continue and players can tag each other, mod-led threads such as questions and investigations will be on hold.

Finally, while voting is not mandatory, we do have a voting page should characters wish to vote! Please be sure that your vote is in by the time trial finishes (9pm EST/6pm PST) if you wish to vote.

[yuel sees and smells trash. there's nothing that stands out here!

when white opens the fridge, he finds nothing out of place. the stove is not currently on, but it's faintly warm.]

Nothin' in here... What's goin' on? Harrow just sent me a message that Omi's body reacted, which means he died in here but I don't see any blood.

[ She'll wander back to White, and, noticing the stove is warm, open the oven to peer inside.

A-Are you thinkin' they baked him or something...!?

[well, since yuel has that covered: opening any cupboards? is there a decapitated dino head? if there's a sink around, he'll look there too.]

[there's no baked omi in the oven, thank god. the oven doesn't seem to have been used!

as white checks the cupboards, there are some tiny drops of water in one of them that contains dishes and a couple of the bowls are looking very shiny. maybe still a little wet.

the sink contains some noodles and pieces of vegetables, near the drain.]

Envy, this is an important location, right? [ she figures it is, since Omi died here, but also what the heckle

she's going to peer at the sink, are they all in one piece? anything else that implies cooking was afoot? ]

Maybe he was cooking something before he died...?

[he's going to walk into the pantry to see if anything's off there. if not, then the freezer next.]

the pieces are like, chopped up veggies, basically, and the noodles are pretty much whole!

white finds nothing amiss in the pantry or freezer.]

[yuel sees nothing on the floor or under the table, while she's down there.

white also finds nothing off about the vending machine.]

[ it the floor wet at all, she's using her tail as an extra appendage to check for any unusual moistness ]

Whatever happened in here, they obviously covered up their tracks.

[ desperately gets up and runs through the cupboards again, noticing the previously mentioned wet bowls. ]

It's almost like he ate before...?

[he's going to? climb up onto the counters to look up high??? we're so desperate.]

[yuel does not find moistness on the floor!

from on top of the counter, white can still see those food remnants in the sink, plus the rest of the kitchen appliances, the floor, the table, etcetera.]

[ looks at the ceiling in desperation, while also talking to Envy ]

[after he fires a text to mineo, who unlike the two of them possesses a braincell at times—

god this is gross HE WILL SHOVE THE SINK FOOD INTO LIKE THE DRAIN HOLDER THING my vocabulary is failing me but hopefully you know what i mean. he'll then remove it from the sink so he can get a closer look at the food???????? does he have to eat it. is this what my life has become.

also mineo then replies so he's going to open and close the fridge door repeatedly.]

I mean, if you find stuff then I probably wouldn't dismiss its existence? That's just me, though.

[envy is coming in to just. perch on the edge of the kitchen table while he watches them.

the food looks like food in a drain holder! nothing of note happens when he keeps opening and closing the door. oven check...2 also yields nothing new.]

envy leans back, a hand propped on the kitchen table.]

[he very slowly slides off of the kitchen table. then he'll head off to lead them back!]
