Rise and shine, little sinners. Did you rest well? Hope you weren't too perturbed by the events of the day before. Things seem to be perfectly normal throughout your morning, but at 12pm, everyone will receive a mass text message to their phone.

goood morning! come join us in the conference room when you're ready!

Whether you agree or disagree, soon you will find yourself physically moving toward the conference room on the bottom floor, filing into the room and taking a seat in one of the vacant chairs. Two metal boxes sit at the end of each table along with a collection of pens and colored notecards. At the head of the room, Lust, Pride, Envy and Gluttony patiently wait as the TV above them displays a message.

Once the last participant enters the room, the door will swing closed behind them and lock them inside.

Lust is at the table and seems to be finishing a topcoat on their nails. Pride is looking down at their claws, sprawled in their chair. Envy is slumped forward on the table... but don't worry, he's not dead this time, he just has his head pillowed on his folded arms. Gluttony is sitting up straight, hands laced together and waiting.

The rest of the Avatars all look at Pride after a moment of silence, and then, vaguely annoyed, Pride says:

What? They know they have nine hours by this point. Don't look at me.

Hello, and welcome to fourth third trial! Over the course of the next nine hours, characters will have the opportunity to discuss, investigate and theorize about the events of the day before! While mini-investigations were held yesterday, today is the day characters will have time to examine the body of the victim and explore relevant locations.

There will be a mod-tag break between 4pm EST/1pm PST to 5pm EST/2pm PST. While the trial may continue and players can tag each other, mod-led threads such as questions and investigations will be on hold.

Finally, while voting is not mandatory, we do have a voting page should characters wish to vote! Please be sure that your vote is in by the time trial finishes (9pm EST/6pm PST) if you wish to vote.

Lust continues to do their nails, occasionally sneaking glances at both Pride and Envy. Pride has pink claws! And a knife, though this one is a blinding white, rather than the dull one they had last time. Envy stays on the opposite end of the table from Pride, still just slouched over onto it. Gluttony remains seated and watching.

[alright folks we're here. mineo curls his fingers into his mouth to emit a loud whistle to get everyone's attention.]

Hey! Let's get talking? We don't know where to investigate without gathering some testimony. Remember that what happens before we all fall asleep can be hints for where to check out, or even hints about the victims or suspects if we can connect stuff correctly.

So let's go down the line, yeah? Share where you stayed, who you were with, what happened before you fell asleep, and also what happened when you woke up. Then share your theories and ideas and we'll make a running list of places and people to possibly check out.

In the med bay, we had Mollymauk, Gu Yun, Misa, Lenore, Law, Envy and Wrath. At night, there was a strong smell of alcohol. In the morning, all of the pods were cracked.

. . . Ah. If anyone recalls that odd thing I was doing yesterday, don't worry about it. It wasn't related to curfew. We can discuss it later.

Grace and I stayed in the opium den together. In the morning, whenever we closed our eyes we would see stars.

However, last night nothing happened? We looked around and couldn't see anything out of the ordinary.

Thursday night... I was at the dog park with Vira, Yuri, Yuel, Eleanor and Gojou. Nothing much happened, except the dogs got really sleepy as soon as the doors locked. And when we woke up, they started howling like crazy.

Mahito and I stayed in that strange purple room next to the Planetarium. At night, the floor turned green, and in the morning, it sounded like we were walking on broken glass.

Ah - and I was in the library with White, Endorsi, Primrose-san, and Meg-san. Before we fell asleep, all the books ended with 'and they all lived happily ever after' even if they, uh, definitely shouldn't have.

In the morning... all the covers and pages were bloody, and they all turned into self-help books about how to deal with grief and loss. No one could see the changes but us.
