Rise and shine, little sinners. Did you rest well? Hope you weren't too perturbed by the events of the day before. Things seem to be perfectly normal throughout your morning, but at 12pm, everyone will receive a mass text message to their phone.

goood morning! come join us in the conference room when you're ready!

Whether you agree or disagree, soon you will find yourself physically moving toward the conference room on the bottom floor, filing into the room and taking a seat in one of the vacant chairs. Two metal boxes sit at the end of each table along with a collection of pens and colored notecards. At the head of the room, Lust, Pride, Envy and Gluttony patiently wait as the TV above them displays a message.

Once the last participant enters the room, the door will swing closed behind them and lock them inside.

Lust is at the table and seems to be finishing a topcoat on their nails. Pride is looking down at their claws, sprawled in their chair. Envy is slumped forward on the table... but don't worry, he's not dead this time, he just has his head pillowed on his folded arms. Gluttony is sitting up straight, hands laced together and waiting.

The rest of the Avatars all look at Pride after a moment of silence, and then, vaguely annoyed, Pride says:

What? They know they have nine hours by this point. Don't look at me.

Hello, and welcome to fourth third trial! Over the course of the next nine hours, characters will have the opportunity to discuss, investigate and theorize about the events of the day before! While mini-investigations were held yesterday, today is the day characters will have time to examine the body of the victim and explore relevant locations.

There will be a mod-tag break between 4pm EST/1pm PST to 5pm EST/2pm PST. While the trial may continue and players can tag each other, mod-led threads such as questions and investigations will be on hold.

Finally, while voting is not mandatory, we do have a voting page should characters wish to vote! Please be sure that your vote is in by the time trial finishes (9pm EST/6pm PST) if you wish to vote.

[ hello yes. here's a relatively sleepy looking gu yun, vibing in a conference chair. ]

On that note, who were the lucky few able to see strange things yesterday? The first location I'd like to check is the Observation Room. Yesterday, it took myself, Misa and Primrose some struggle to get the door open, as if it was jammed, and once we were able to, all the lights were dimmed.

That, and there was the sound of something rolling across the floor when we were in there. We tried to bring the lights on and attempted to find the source of the rolling object, but were unable to.

As a reminder, too, once we all go off to explore locations, do remember to send a message back to the group if you find things, so we're not stuck waiting to theorize, as was brought up earlier in the week.

Endorsi, Eleanor, and I found something off in the tea room. It's not much, but the chairs were all pulled out, and some of the tables were out of place, like they were waiting for someone to take a seat.

Not much is still something, especially in this case. Sounds like tea room should be a top priority as well.

Right. I don't mind going if the others aren't up for it - and I don't mind helping with the texting part, either. Whatever helps us figure this out.

Likewise, if the bodies are affected when a group enters a room, we ought to send a text to let them know. It may be helpful for the group investigating to know it who the investigation relates to.

Agreed. I think keeping a line of communication going for the twenty texts allowed per instance will benefit us as a whole.

And even if there are those of us not used to the technology, by this point we should at least all be familiar with the camera. Take pictures of things that you see, in case we need to verify something.
