WEEK 2 EXECUTION
POPULATION: 28
Sunday morning is a calm and quiet affair after the events of the trial before. All traces of evidence and damage has disappeared as of yesterday and Simulations continues to be occupied by the chosen culprit.
At about 1pm, however, everyone will receive a mass text once more.
It's time. You guys don't have to come if you don't want to, but.
Unlike Saturday, participants will not be forced to enter the conference room. It seems as though you really do have a choice...unless you're TAMOTSU FUKUDA and OMI FUSHIMI who will find they cannot resist and will be compelled into walking forward.
As the pair of them enter the conference room, they will find themselves walking through a door hidden away in a corner. The moment they step through it, the door will seal and disappear. The previously dark window soon lights up, providing a clear view of them to all who remain in the room. The four Avatars from yesterday's trial are seated at their table, and the TV that hangs above them turns on as audio begins to filter into the room to provide a clear picture of what's happening inside the other room.
Prepare yourselves, everyone. This may not be easy to watch.

Every week is another point against the theory of executioners being a combat match for the convicted. We'll see if that's the case this time, as well.
no subject
[ did the robot even have any even match! probably not. ]

There's not much rhyme or reason, at this point, except maybe what would cause the most strife.

.... we'll see what demented test it is this time, I guess.
But for Omi-san to be stuck doing this.... Fuck.

[ He mulls it over, watching, shifting his shovel in the crook of one arm. ]
We should prepare for whatever outcome we find, after how last week went. Medical help or detainment.

... they're probably gonna grapple. But whatever's in that syringe is... [probably not great] If we don't know what's in it, it'd be hard to counteract it.
[if it's even possible]
So we'll need to get Omi-san to the med bay ASAP if he gets any of it.
[ . . . . ]
For the other option... it could get messy. But all noncombatants should leave.

She feels like she should point out that lethal injections are, usually, fast acting. But she won't.]
... They're talking now. Let's see how this goes before you shoo out a good chunk of us, okay?
no subject
but admittedly:]
.... you shouldn't just take a serial killer's invitation to talk....
[when he has a LETHAL INJECTION in his hand]

[ Because they'll need a straight shot, if Omi needs to be taken to medbay. They have enough people that would be able to cart him off, get him to a pod, hope for the best.
He doesn't say anything about the other option, especially with the spiel that Fukuda begins to meander through. But his jaw does clench and his eyes do narrow, at the mention of jail time. ]

everything about the discussion makes mineo just a bit angrier. who the fuck has time for philosophy when you've got lethal syringes in your hands? there's a growing feeling of tension for him like he's waiting for it to snap.]
.... the hell is the point....
no subject
Drawing it out. Lulling Omi into a greater false sense of security, not that he seems to have much of a survival instinct. Hell if I know.
