Week 1 Mingle
POPULATION: 35
Good morning, starshines. It is another beautiful day here on the base and itโs the start of a new week!
Good thing, too. After the deaths of Tamaki Suoh and Beauregard, the tension around the base may be a bit higher than it was before. Should anyone try to contact the deceased or review their profiles, they will find that they have been deleted from everyone's phones.
Or maybe you don't care and this is life as usual. That's fine, too. With everything in working order once again, the elevator reveals that it may now visit the second floor. Perhaps itโs worth checking out these new areas, free for exploration.
While you can't contact the deceased, the Avatars are once again available via their eight symbols. Shoot them a message, have a chat with them, and see what you can learn. Perhaps you'll find it easier this week.
But...while adjusting to life here may be easier to handle, you may find other things which used to come easy have been tempered this week. Are you well-known for your swordfighting skills? Suddenly you'll find you can barely hold a blade. Do you pride yourself on your sociable personality? A crippling shyness may overwhelm you, making it difficult to speak to people at all. As the week goes on, it becomes clear that the special trait or skill you've invested so much time and energy in is no longer something that comes easily to you.
Looks like it's back to the basics.

Oh, right. She's also absolutely covered, head to toe, in blood and worse - blood and chunky bits of flesh and viscera. The few places where there isn't any blood is almost worse - it's smeared away off her chin, off the arm that's hanging off the fourth person's shoulder, and on her cheeks beneath her eyes, where the tracks are smeared and wet, mingling blood and the messy greyish run-off of what's left of her makeup. She looks like she's trying and failing to adopt a haughty expression; her lip is trembling threateningly.]
Where. . . where's my. . .
no subject
... Not all of us.
[Her other arm is wrapped around a black and white teddy bear, with an empty paper bag tenderly held in her hand. It crinkles ever-so-slightly as her hand trembles. Though she doesn't sound like she's in pain, she is visibly distraught.]
We should to shower, too. This seems like a really easy way to catch a disease.

Takeru!!
[relief - and some other complicated emotions because hello what the fuck is your hat and your everything, dude. he looks over everyone and - thereโs a bundled fabric in his hand that he puts out on the nearest clean surface. it unfurls and it reveals a bunch of gathered medical supplies. wow itโs good to be prepared]
What the fuck. Is - [okay remembering barely to breathe] - Is anyone in immediate danger and do we have an actual doctor I can text.
[otherwise itโs jaunty first aid and Trying Our Best time]
