Good morning, starshines. It is another beautiful day here on the base and it’s the start of a new week!

Good thing, too. After the deaths of Tamaki Suoh and Beauregard, the tension around the base may be a bit higher than it was before. Should anyone try to contact the deceased or review their profiles, they will find that they have been deleted from everyone's phones.

Or maybe you don't care and this is life as usual. That's fine, too. With everything in working order once again, the elevator reveals that it may now visit the second floor. Perhaps it’s worth checking out these new areas, free for exploration.

While you can't contact the deceased, the Avatars are once again available via their eight symbols. Shoot them a message, have a chat with them, and see what you can learn. Perhaps you'll find it easier this week.

But...while adjusting to life here may be easier to handle, you may find other things which used to come easy have been tempered this week. Are you well-known for your swordfighting skills? Suddenly you'll find you can barely hold a blade. Do you pride yourself on your sociable personality? A crippling shyness may overwhelm you, making it difficult to speak to people at all. As the week goes on, it becomes clear that the special trait or skill you've invested so much time and energy in is no longer something that comes easily to you.

Looks like it's back to the basics.

[Sorry, but WHY are y'all this way?]

Monday:
● Eight swords are missing from the barrel in the circus.
● All the painkillers are now gone.
● All the scalpels are missing from the Med Bay, along with some suture kits, bandages, and syringes.
● The riding crop from the circus is missing.
● There is a note on the Med Bay door that reads: PUT IT ALL BACK, YOU HEATHENS.
● The clown nose is missing from the circus.
● A variety of plates of baked goods will be laid out on the counter in the kitchen. They include: chocolate chip cookies, brownies, chocolate cookies, shortbread, and several cheese logs. All the chocolate in the cookies/brownies is very dark and tastes bitter in that "I'm a fancy sophisticated person who doesn't need sugar" kind of way. The cheese logs have crackers arranged by them. There's a note next to it that says "Enjoy" in fancy script.
● Anyone who eats the above food will have the upset stomach for an hour afterward.
● Room 2 has disappeared. The door no longer exists, and Beau's name has been removed from the doorplate of Room 3. However, Mahito's name is now there as Gojou's new roommate.
● The top hat and cape are missing from the circus.
● One of the tubes on a hookah pipe is missing.

Tues-Thurs:
● Something is starting to stink in the kitchen. It smells kind of fishy.
● All of the crystal gems in the tarot tent of the circus are missing. One of the pillows is also missing.
● There is a single broom head in one of the kitchen cabinets.
● A sign in the Opium Den reads:

ATTENTION EVERYONE;

Opium can slow down your brain, heart, and sex drive.
It also has withdrawal symptoms like emotional and physical instability.

Please keep that in mine when deciding if you would like to indulge.

GLUTTONY

[the first thing that is very apparent is there is a feast of food in the kitchen. a little bit of almost every meal you can think of is sitting out, fresh and warm (or cool if it's dessert), waiting. it's all decadent, and smells incredibly delicious. except... if you were a person who made a mess in any room last week, you find when you pick up the food to have a bite, it turns to ash in your mouth every time. sad.

gluttony can be found in various places throughout the base, but especially the tea room, or the kitchen.

they're somewhat tall, but hard to miss with the thick, brown horns protruding from their hood and curving back over their head. they also have a black, spade tail which sways behind them. wavy, dark hair spills out of the hood over their chest, and their feet click when they walk around to tidy something up.

they will look up and bow politely at the shoulders when anyone approaches.]

SEVEN MINUTES IN HEAVEN

[dana loves me and has agreed to have mineo inform shi qingxuan what seven minutes in heaven is, so! here we are. is she a little tipsy right now? yeah, her alcohol tolerance is absolutely in the toilet. young lord who poured wine who?

anyway, at some point during the week, shi qingxuan can be found clearing enough space in the common room for a large group to sit in a circle. she's also pulled some bottles of alcohol over from the bar... one is empty.]

Sit down, sit down! [any poor fool who enters here is getting roped into playing.] Let's play a game. This will be a good way for us all to become better acquainted with each other.

[maybe if they all knew each other better last week they wouldn't have been fooled into voting for the wrong person!

anyway, there are some tweaks to this (because of course there are) - so sqx will explain the rules.

1. everyone will sit in a circle!
2. first, they'll spin a bottle to decide who goes first. that person will take a drink and share a fact about themselves.
3. then, that person will spin the bottle and whoever it points at will also take a drink and share a fact about themselves!
4. those two people will go off somewhere quiet and secluded together for seven minutes!
5. when they return, they'll spin the bottle until it lands on someone else, who will drink and share a fact.
6. that person will spin the bottle until it lands on someone else, who will also drink and share a fact.
7. they'll go off somewhere quiet and secluded together for seven minutes...

and so on and so forth.

what this means is go wild! rng who you end up with! get drunk and have your character share stuff they wouldn't otherwise share! when you're off to "heaven," make a tiny pc! i hope this makes sense. r.i.p. my inbox]

gu yun has a smile for gluttony when he pops into the tea room - he returns the bow with a quick nod of his head and a press of his hand to his fist, remembering his manners, then waves the question off. ]

[What a lovely room! Douman of course gravitates to the tea room in all its splendor. This is much more to their liking than the common room, for sure, and they instantly move to prepare some tea for themselves, except...]

[They suddenly shift over a little too fast to grab some tea, except they knock it over by accident, spilling some of the tea leaves. Douman's eyebrows furrow.]

Well, fuck.

[And almost as soon as the words leave their mouth, they slap a hand over it, looking shocked. Uh.........the clown curses now? Great?]

[Now looking much more disgruntled, Douman finds themselves in..............the circus. Of course. A jester would naturally be drawn to their place of origin. Perusing the items on the stage, they look at whoever has entered with them, picking up the top hat and putting it on.]
