Week 1 Mingle
POPULATION: 35
Good morning, starshines. It is another beautiful day here on the base and itβs the start of a new week!
Good thing, too. After the deaths of Tamaki Suoh and Beauregard, the tension around the base may be a bit higher than it was before. Should anyone try to contact the deceased or review their profiles, they will find that they have been deleted from everyone's phones.
Or maybe you don't care and this is life as usual. That's fine, too. With everything in working order once again, the elevator reveals that it may now visit the second floor. Perhaps itβs worth checking out these new areas, free for exploration.
While you can't contact the deceased, the Avatars are once again available via their eight symbols. Shoot them a message, have a chat with them, and see what you can learn. Perhaps you'll find it easier this week.
But...while adjusting to life here may be easier to handle, you may find other things which used to come easy have been tempered this week. Are you well-known for your swordfighting skills? Suddenly you'll find you can barely hold a blade. Do you pride yourself on your sociable personality? A crippling shyness may overwhelm you, making it difficult to speak to people at all. As the week goes on, it becomes clear that the special trait or skill you've invested so much time and energy in is no longer something that comes easily to you.
Looks like it's back to the basics.

You are, without a doubt, the most incredible woman I have ever met.
[ and raises his glass to that. ]

You needn't credit me that much-- victory was achieved through a group effort.

[ teasing. ] I stand by it. [ time to drink. ] My turn, no? Hmm.
A year or so ago, a tiger got loose at a festival for the New Year at home in the middle of a performance and began attacking someone. I was in the sky on the deck of a Red Kite at the time, and when I saw it, I loaded up an arrow and shot the tiger clean in the head from the air without harming the person underneath him.... and I did while I'd been drinking since near dusk.
[ he tells this like any soldier would tell their war stories - exaggerated. is he telling the truth? who knows. ]

Now then, I believe there's a Heaven we ought to visit?

For seven minutes? If we were to go now, I doubt we could return to this game so swiftly. If at all.
no subject
I wouldn't complain if we had a grander finale.
Though... didn't you mention something along the lines of resisting? Am I remembering correctly?
no subject
You're right, I suppose that wouldn't be very resistant of me. As tempting as you might be, I'd rather not grant you such an easy victory.

Seven minutes will be far too soon, for many reasons.

[ You know. To be fair. ]
