Yes, for the most part. [ casual as can be. ] There are some mortals with absolutely no spiritual power, and thus no spiritual awareness. Some ghosts are too weak to be seen by someone who hasn't cultivated their power at all.

But, overall, ghosts are a known thing in Zhongguo.
