WEEK 6 MINGLE
POPULATION: 19
Good morning, starshines. It is another beautiful day here on the base, and itβs the start of a new week!
Good thing, too. After the deaths of Aoi Mukou, Lenore and Mahito, the tension around the base may be a bit higher than it was before. Should anyone try to contact the deceased or review their profiles, they will find that they have been deleted from everyone's phones.
Perhaps you expect this by now, but it seems that the elevator reveals that it may now visit the fourth floor. It may be worth checking out these new areas, free for exploration. If you're feeling incredibly ambitious, you can also take a more in-depth look. Strange things are happening, little sinners. Don't be shy now.
While you can't contact the deceased, the Avatars are once again available via their eight symbols. Shoot them a message, have a chat with them, and see what you can learn. Perhaps you'll find it easier this week.
Or maybe you won't? It's been a very emotional six weeks, hasn't it? Surely you're feeling conflicted about many things. Happiness. Sadness. Anger. Disgust. These feelings are all an important part of you, and this week it seems as though you'll be sharing them with others. Regardless of who you're speaking with, you will find that you will be subjected to feeling their emotions, and they yours. But lucky for you, there's a way to fix that! When two people settle down to patiently talk these feelings out, the connection will be broken.
...until the next time you see each other, that is.
Get in touch with your sensitive side, everyone. Maybe you'll learn something new this week.

SOME DEDA MESSAGES
[mineo?]
Uh - I got messages from Law-san and Fukuda-san. Satoru got some too, so did Shi-san. I was told to try to track down all of them, so I'm pretty sure in general we should be sharing?
Anyway my messages said [he brings out his phone to read] Our previous signs haven't gone well; they end up causing more harm than good. Look for other letters. Gojou should have one. Our souls are fueling something but everything here depends on indulgences. There's still plenty of work ahead. Law.
A detective always solves it just in time. Fukuda.
So far it's sounding to me like each of the deceased can only send out one text.

If anyone is struggling to indulge, speak up. There are enough of us; surely we can find some way to help each other.

I'll share mine. It's rather to-the-point, once you get past the glitching.

[ And he will read off his phone: ]
Satoru,
We arenβt completely gone.
All the hints we need to win are on your side. We can see you. We'll do everything in our power to help win, investigate what you can and share. Your indulgences are "fuel". We're counting on you.
Take care. Rest. Stay alive. Good luck.
[ ... And his eyes are still kind of glued on his phone? Since this is emotion sharing time, people will feel that he sure is feelin a surge of warmth—happy? Affection. Bittersweet. Sad. It tapers out so quickly, though. ]

In any case, she told me that... [ and she pulls out her phone, her emotions go dead inside for a moment as she repeats, verbatim: ] "We're all fuel for something powering the ship, us deadzos first. There is a ginger dude slash dudette who might be important. We get visions sometimes."
In conjunction with the other messages, perhaps we need to indulge to prevent them from being... burnt as fuel, so to speak.

I spoke with Despair a bit about the dead, in that they are no longer 'consuming energy' the same way that we are here despite being...somewhere. They said that the consumption of resource - in this case, indulgence - would be the most important at the end of all of this, which I think backs up that theory, both in terms of granting desires, and keeping the dead from becoming a form of fuel.
Wasn't there someone who saw something strange in the life support room relating to an...
Ah. [ air quotes ] "ginger dude slash dudette"? [ ah... eleanor. ]
