Good morning, starshines. It is another beautiful day here on the base, and it’s the start of a new week!
Good thing, too. After the deaths of Grell Sutcliff, Kaz Kaan, and HK-47, the tension around the base may be a bit higher than it was before. Should anyone try to contact the deceased or review their profiles, they will find that they have been deleted from everyone's phones.
Then again...last weekend was a bit of a mess, wasn't it? Perhaps you would prefer to leave it all behind you. Lucky for you, the elevator reveals that it may now visit the third floor. It may be worth checking out these new areas, free for exploration. If you're feeling incredibly ambitious, you can also take a more in-depth look.
While you can't contact the deceased, the Avatars are once again available via their eight symbols. Shoot them a message, have a chat with them, and see what you can learn. Perhaps you'll find it easier this week.
On the bright side, all of your skills are in working order once again. Cherish your gifts, little sinners. You would hate to lose them again wouldn't you? But even if you did, you would still have your memories of them. Memories are important, aren't they? Things meant to remind you, and things to motivate you. Your most tragic, painful and even downright embarrassing memories shape who you are as a person, and this week you'll find that others will be witness to these as well. This may occur when you're in close proximity to someone, or it may be when you brush past them. as the sneezed sheet of ice gets launched towards meg and himself, law will step up and use the wooden sword he had with him and "knock" some of the ice while it's air so a minimal amount gets on them. it's all very anime.
though, it has law sighing even more. great. two dogs except one of them can sneeze ice at them? what other fun tricks does the dog have on its own? ]

there goes the dog floating away into the sky dripping ice from its nose. see you space dog. .... except not really because as the pooch floats towards law (and meg), law is going to hold out his "blade" up to the dog to prevent him from getting too close.
which serves to be a Choice decision to do as one of the heads have now decided it now belongs to them and will take a bite of it. unfortunately before law has anything to say, the sniffly head will then sneeze right into law's face.

[ the driest tone known to man who has relinquished the hold on his sword. he didn't really want it anyway. rather, it's not worth being sneezed in the face again with some ice. so here we are. there is a three headed puppy that has a wooden sword in one of of its mouths.
but hey! the dog will totally float towards mineo now that he has a new toy and law is now using his sleeve to wipe his face clean of melting ice as well as warming it up. ]

but there goes the dog and law has cleaned himself off from the horrible nightmare that was being ice sneezed on. sometimes it's nice to shove your head into a freezer...but that's rarely. ]
I could take a look. I don't think he's the same as a mink or a fisherman but he isn't a normal dog either.

A mink and a fisherman. [ he's just going to answer mineo as he makes his way towards the puppy with a hand out. his demeanor different from just moments ago. ] For minks you could think of them like a humanoid animal—polar bear, cat, dog—and then fisherman and mermaids are often categorized together.

Seems ridiculous to care whether it's allergies or a respiratory infection.

His eyes are clean and with no wheezing, there's a lack of a cough, and given how playful he is, I'd guess that he's just allergic to something.
[ he'll rub the puppi on the heads and test out something which only results it happy puppy wags and barks that do not sound like coughs. nice strong sounding barks. ]
But that'd just be my best guess. I wouldn't know for certain without more testing.

Um, but if Cerby's fine then I can go ahead and keep trying to teach him some tricks so he'll come with us. I figure we just need to wear him out a little before he'll come along.

[ in terms of teaching the puppy more tricks so he will follow them back to wherever it is that they need to go. law will absentmindedly be rubbing at the nose of one of the head's as he speaks before he nyooms back to mineo once he's standing up again. ] I'll keep an eye out for any warning signs if they do pop up.
