Good morning, starshines. It is another beautiful day here on the base, and it’s the start of a new week!

Good thing, too. After the deaths of Grell Sutcliff, Kaz Kaan, and HK-47, the tension around the base may be a bit higher than it was before. Should anyone try to contact the deceased or review their profiles, they will find that they have been deleted from everyone's phones.

Then again...last weekend was a bit of a mess, wasn't it? Perhaps you would prefer to leave it all behind you. Lucky for you, the elevator reveals that it may now visit the third floor. It may be worth checking out these new areas, free for exploration. If you're feeling incredibly ambitious, you can also take a more in-depth look.

While you can't contact the deceased, the Avatars are once again available via their eight symbols. Shoot them a message, have a chat with them, and see what you can learn. Perhaps you'll find it easier this week.

On the bright side, all of your skills are in working order once again. Cherish your gifts, little sinners. You would hate to lose them again wouldn't you? But even if you did, you would still have your memories of them. Memories are important, aren't they? Things meant to remind you, and things to motivate you. Your most tragic, painful and even downright embarrassing memories shape who you are as a person, and this week you'll find that others will be witness to these as well. This may occur when you're in close proximity to someone, or it may be when you brush past them. You guys really make it difficult to be greedy when you offer it freely, you know that? I'm sure hoarding is some kind of Greed indulgence, it doesn't have to be willingly given or not as long as you take more than you actually need, hm?

[ Steven shrugs! ] No, I live alone. It's just an occasional hobby, I suppose, since I'm fairly good with a knife. I don't have much time to cook personally, though, so I usually have a housekeeper who helps me out... I've picked up a few tips from her.

[Apparently cooking deprivation is a real thing that really exists.]

A housekeeper, huh? I guess Omi's as good a replacement as any there.

[ and grace pauses in her current hoarding of the food to stare blankly at omi ]

Shouldn't you take a break at some point?

[ Steven snorts. ] I think Omi could make pretty good money if he decided to work as a housekeeper for the rich.

[ He does look over at Omi at Grace's comment, though. Yeah, he's been up since morning, cooking like mad. ]

I don't have time for that.

[He very pointedly does not look at either of them!]

We can get you the outfit anyway.

Omi, how long are you planning to cook?

[kokytos]

In here? It might end up becoming a maid outfit.

[ But he defers to Omi. Even if you won't look at either of them, they're both looking at you, now. ]

[He hums.] I don't know how good that would look on me.

Just a few more hours?

[alteracion]

You should test it out. You never know until you try. [ a beat ] That goes for both of you.

[ but she seems to accept a few more hours and just continues to grab food. it's fine ]

[ Stop... he looks over at Omi like, did we both just get called out? ]

The... The maid outfits?

I'd look good, but the maid thing just isn't me. But see, Omi already knows where to get them!

Well if Omi's halfway there. A suit to a maid outfit is a way bigger jump.
