Rise and shine, little sinners. Did you rest well? Hope you weren't too perturbed by the events of the day before. Things seem to be perfectly normal throughout your morning, but at 12pm, everyone will receive a mass text message to their phone.

good evening, good morning and hello! please come join us in the conference room!

Whether you agree or disagree, soon you will find yourself physically moving toward the conference room on the bottom floor, filing into the room and taking a seat in one of the vacant chairs. Two metal boxes sit at the end of each table along with a collection of pens and colored notecards. At the head of the room, Lust, Pride, Envy and Gluttony patiently wait as the TV above them displays a message.

Once the last participant enters the room, the door will swing closed behind them and lock them inside.

For a moment, everything looks completely normal, until you notice Envy slumped face-down on the table, bleeding out from a stab wound in the front. Lust is busy putting a pink fluffy towel under their head, Pride is sitting slouched in a chair twirling a knife, and in that moment Gluttony claps their hands together to get everyone's attention.

"If you would please get started. You all have nine fleeting hours to find out what happened, and place your votes."

Hello, and welcome to your second trial! Over the course of the next nine hours, characters will have the opportunity to discuss, investigate and theorize about the events of the day before! While mini-investigations were held yesterday, today is the day characters will have time to examine the body of the victim and explore relevant locations.

There will be a mod-tag break between 4pm EST/1pm PST to 5pm EST/2pm PST. While the trial may continue and players can tag each other, mod-led threads such as questions and investigations will be on hold.

Finally, while voting is not mandatory, we do have a voting page should characters wish to vote! Please be sure that your vote is in by the time trial finishes (9pm EST/6pm PST) if you wish to vote.

[ Yuel claps her hands, unaware that she about to be voted off the island for this grievous mistake. ]

We're startin' to figure out how Grell and Kaz died, but it's still really hard to know who actually did it... Which means that we gotta start lookin' at each other more closely. [ pauses for boos ] I know the killers mighta used the healin' pods to get rid of injuries, but it ain't instantaneous so they might not've risked it or gotten rid of 'em completely.

[ She holds up one of the plastic sheets that she stole from Kaz. ]

We ain't got a divider, so me an' Vira will hold this up and look at the girls, and Mineo'll look at the boys.

Primrose is definitely way more marked up than she was last weekend. The stab wound from last time is still there, still healing. From there, she's got a few dark marks, one on the nape of her neck, another on the juncture between her neck and shoulder, a few on her breasts, some bruising and scratches on her hips and a smattering of small cuts on both her forearms.

she's clean! totally clean. there's some scarring on her feet from where they were cut up last week, but no other injuries. ]

she's still got her number! other than that she's got various bruises on her arms and legs that look like they vary in age from a few days ago to like, today. somehow. and nothing else she's just hot ]

yuri is currently sporting an array of marks. there's a string of bite marks around his neck and collar bone area, that lead down his to his chest. there are actually a number of marks around his neck, some of them older looking than others -- but they all look similar.

there are scratch marks on his shoulderblades and back, again a few look older but they all look to be more than a few days old at this point. there are a few scratch marks on his thighs, and some smaller, splayed bruises around his hips.

other than that, no cuts, or burns or anything like that. his hands are clean and uninjured, and his nail varnish from last week looks to be holding up -- still pretty, still purple. ]

There are two bruises on her face, one fresher than the other, which has nearly faded away. There's a bruise on her side (her ribs, specifically) that looks about as faded as the older bruise on her face. There's also a small bruise on one of her shins, fresher than any of the other bruises, but not very deep.]

- Hickies and scratches etc. etc...... hickies specifically on the nape of his neck, back, thighs, collarbone, scratches on his back, torso, I'm probably missing places I don't fucking know he's just a mess!!!! All of them look several days old
- any of the injuries he had last week are probably still faintly there? but fading normally
- a bite on the inside of his wrist, on the hand with the Lust tattoo... I think I made it the left one but I forgot but yeah. also a few days old
- Some faded marks that could be burns, as if something extremely hot was spilled on his front in a purposeful manner

Anyway! Her clothes will be neatly folded up once she strips down to her undies and socks. With the exception of the splint on one of her fingers, there are no other immediately apparent injuries. Her fingernails are relatively neat, and it seems like she got them done sometime after the last trial — because they are now pink.]

Anyway here's his strip check! Once again, beefy up top and twiggy on the bottom, like one of those legs of mutton you get at a renfair. He's got some mild redness in the shape of bite marks around the neck and collarbone area but otherwise, no injuries of note. ]

the only mark that's immediately obvious on her is her gluttony tattoo - the faded splotchy pink on her hands and forearms from the week before, and the faint marks on her knuckles from punching a wall on last week's investigation, seem to have healed!



oh i guess i should note that she's just straight up stripping and not bothering with trying to insist on privacy or any particular gender checking her. it's a free-for-all.]

but okay, he'll strip but he has to take off bandages for this. he has various cuts of different sizes on his right side, left leg, across his chest, and his right arm. there are also weird marks on left leg and right shoulder. ]

[CLOWN WILL BE GOOD AND GO SOMEWHERE TO BE CHECKED AND NOT STRIP IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. But hoo boy, are they in a State:

- they are in these clothes! seals on their cliddies and all
- there is a strange eye-like mark scratched into their left shoulder. looks a couple of weeks old, almost healed
- even around the seals on mostly their upper body/shoulder/hips there is....a LOT of scratches, bite marks, and several bruises! they all look a couple days old, though, nothing fresh
- Envy tattoo on the hand
- these sweet cool nail designs on both hands but done in a more vivid green
- no burns, cuts, or any other weird markings!

anyway gu yun's fine with stripping behind the little partition so. he's still like 95% scar 5% bare skin.

there are a smattering of hickies, some fresher than others, mostly on his neck and chest, including down his big i-almost-got-cut-in-half scar on his torso. the biggest of these is a bite mark that looks like it was made with sharper teeth at the base of his neck, which is also bruised up like a hickey. there are a myriad of scratches down his back and shoulders, too.

other than that, the cinnabar marks at his eye and his earlobe are a duller, more faded red than they were last week, and he's got a pride tattoo on his hand. that's all folks! ]

[She'll undress behind a curtain for only Vira or Sheila.

She's not wearing her makeup today - other than a few stray lines vaguely suggestive of hollow cheeks, eyes, and teeth done in a darker greyish color - it's subtle. It will take her a hot minute to undress. The bone corset doesn't come off easily, it isn't meant to snap on and off, and its worse now that a rib of it has been snapped off and a few other ribs have been crushed. Once she manages to get it off, her clothes are just a loose black button up shirt, loose black trousers, boots, and jewelry made out of bone. She moves extremely gingerly in doing all of this.

Underneath, it's clear one of her legs is fairly sprained, swollen and bruised. The other is in much better shape, but it's still ginger. She has bruises scattered across her ribs, and her left arm and wrist also seem especially sprained and sensitive. Her body is covered in smatterings of bruises - a few small faded ones here and there, and many large faded ones in a particular shape that will make sense to Vira, especially across her legs, her ribs, and her shoulders.]

[ There's an active lack of enthusiasm about this, but this time Ming Yi at least shrugs out of his robes so that they hang from his waist where they're snugly wrapped by his belt, instead of just rolling his sleeves up to his shoulders. If people want to get him to strip more they're going to have to ask, but he doesn't care if a man or woman or nonbinary checks him.

There are bruises spread around on his torso that are almost completely healed, just that kind of blotchy, faded galaxy of yellow and purplish that comes with age. He doesn't shy away if anyone comes to check them out, but please don't touch him.

Also he's broad and well-built, core-wise, but despite how much he fucking eats you can kind of see his false and floating ribs a little easier than you'd expect. ]

[Like last week, Fukuda just takes off his shirt. He is still a skinny bitch.

Also like last week, he has plenty of hickies, bite marks, and scratches (fresh ones) on his neck and chest, and he also has new scratch marks on his back.

There's also a mark on his neck that looks like two small puncture wounds.]
