Good morning, starshines. It is another beautiful day here on the base, and it’s the start of a new week!

Good thing, too. After the deaths of Aoi Mukou, Lenore and Mahito, the tension around the base may be a bit higher than it was before. Should anyone try to contact the deceased or review their profiles, they will find that they have been deleted from everyone's phones.

Perhaps you expect this by now, but it seems that the elevator reveals that it may now visit the fourth floor. It may be worth checking out these new areas, free for exploration. If you're feeling incredibly ambitious, you can also take a more in-depth look. Strange things are happening, little sinners. Don't be shy now.

While you can't contact the deceased, the Avatars are once again available via their eight symbols. Shoot them a message, have a chat with them, and see what you can learn. Perhaps you'll find it easier this week.

Or maybe you won't? It's been a very emotional six weeks, hasn't it? Surely you're feeling conflicted about many things. Happiness. Sadness. Anger. Disgust. These feelings are all an important part of you, and this week it seems as though you'll be sharing them with others. Regardless of who you're speaking with, you will find that you will be subjected to feeling their emotions, and they yours. But lucky for you, there's a way to fix that! When two people settle down to patiently talk these feelings out, the connection will be broken.

If we're doing that, we should probably do it quickly.

[ grace says this because the clown is not the only thing coming to fly by as the dinosaur has launched itself towards them. hmmm. bad. she takes out her grapple again ]

[ Oh. Well, Ming Yi brings up a valid point and Primrose nods, also reaching out to latch onto Grace.

That dinosaur sure is zooming fast?? ]

[ after all the weeks of them doing this, ming yi... could probably kick himself for not considering this third option before now. but better late than never?

he grabs onto grace on the other side, bracing for mach fuck velocity. ]

[ WHEE, motherfuckers, off they go the opposite way from the dinosaur, though controlling this with three grown people is. hmmm. not easy? so they are definitely going to have to do some acrobatics to dodge another tail whack. it's fine! it's fine ]

[ flexible enough, though there's a soft hrk as they get yoinked through the air past the snapping teeth and swinging tail of the t-rex. ]

It wouldn't hurt to give it a shot. If it doesn't work, we can figure out an alternative. The anti-gravity is annoying, but useful for buying time.

Okay, so do it. I'll keep us out of the way of the T-Rex and--

[ and there's the clown coming straight for them. when did it get a sword. why does it have a sword. ]

[ But the t-rex is whirling at them again, accompanied by the clown, and Primrose thrusts a hand out, snapping out a terse-- ]

[ And she just flings a massive ball of fire right at them.

This place is full of clowns.

[ it's us. we're all clowns.

but while primrose incinerates the oposition, ming yi brings his shovel around to block the clown from hitting them if he manages to get through the fireball. begone, imaginary thot. ]

What Ming Yi said, but remember the Greek tasks? There was a clown there, too.

[ clowns haunt them, and since that fireball is big grace is going to uh, yeet them out of potential fire range? the clown seems defeated. or at least toasty, but it is hard to say the same for the t-rex who just looks like a melted plastic doll now. this is actually terrible. what did this lizard do to deserve this ]

Smoked clown and lizard do not help the smell!

[ Thanks, Grace. Primrose was going to say something about thankfully not having dealt with clowns during her task, but they're yeeted back and yeah, it seriously reeks in here and even she sounds a little strained. ]

Perhaps this might count as defeating it...?

[ HORRIBLE. living this long, he's smelled some terrible things, but ming yi thinks this is probably the worst. with a sense of misery and displeasure, he covers his nose with his sleeve, watching the t-rex thrash and... melt. ]

Maybe. If it goes down, we can bludgeon it until the simulation ends.

[ please let the clown be gone also, lookin mighty crispy rn. ]

[ the clown is either dead or faking it very well and the t-rex is in Pure Melting Agony, and so: ]

Let's beat up this lizard so we can leave.

[ grace has a baseball bat. let's fucking go ]

Ugh... [ rubbing his nose, he brings the shovel around in both hands. ]

Ought to put it out of its misery, anyways.

[ the t-rex looks up at them pitifully as they descend, but it is too late for mercy. ]
