I know we can't really start discussing theories about the deaths of Steven, Luca, and Mr Vlad until we have some evidence...

So I was thinking. It may have been an accident, but we did belatedly catch Tamaki's killer last week. So I'm asking if anyone might have any ideas about who killed miss Grell or Kaz. Especially given what's been happening this week.
